Go take a walk On Sunday morning, mama and I celebrated the fabulous February weather with Tess and her sons Liam and Lawrence. After pushing Liam and Lawrence in Tess' stroller for about ten paces, mama decided I'm going to be an only child (just kidding grandparents!).
We crossed a bridge over muddy water that caught mama's eye for some reason.

We stopped to check out the dam too.
High five Liam! Sweet job on getting our mamas together. Let's do this again soon!
Happy Valentine's Day!
I helped Ga make cupcakes. I was a big help. First I put the cupcake holders in the pan, but only a skilled chef can balance them on their noggin first. Then I licked the beaters while Ga filled the cupcake holders.
Then I ate a cupcake - red velvet with pink strawberry frosting. It doesn't get better than this.
I also got gifts from Ga. Nothing from mama and dada, hmpf.

This is my favorite, because as fun as Valentine's Day is, it's no match for St. Patty's Day!
Babies, babies everywhere...

We are happy to announce the birth of Reese Caroline Williams to proud mommy and daddy Julia and Carl. Julia was one of mama's law school buddies that went to work in NY. Reese was born on Valentine's Day at 9:32 pm after only four hours of labor, weighing in at 6lbs, 15oz and 20.5 inches long. The family is all home from the hospital and doing well. We'll post pics when we get them.

And born just a few hours later was Hayden Gaile Henry, son of Kelly and Gaile and brother to Hannah. Kelly is another law school lady. In fact, all of mama's law school friends are prego again or have had their second (and no, mama is not prego, for those wanting to ask). Hayden was born at 4:33 am, weighed 7lbs, 3oz, and was 19 1/4 inches long. Hayden is cute, cute, cute, pictured below. It won't be long before he's running around with the other boys in our crowd!

On Sunday evening, I went to my buddy Kyler's two year birthday party. I brought him a super cool Elmo guitar that I really wanted to keep but mama insisted was a gift for Kyler. Kyler's party was at Pump it Up, one of those bouncy places. I had a blast! My favorite bouncer was the one with basketball hoops. I ran up and down the court until I finally could not run anymore, believe it or not.
Dada even got into the action...
and took me down the gigantic slide. It's tough work getting up it, but the ride down makes it all worth it!
My buddy Mike took me down another slide. Mama caught my faux-hawk in rare form.
Sesame Street Live
On Saturday evening, we met our buddies Allison, Matt and Luke at Reliant Center to see Sesame Street Live. Mama and dada can't believe that every single child in that theater knew Elmo's name, but they did. It's uncanny. I was quite intrigued with Elmo, but really couldn't have cared less for the other characters. It was almost a riot when Elmo left the stage!
Luke sat nicely in his parents laps, while I insisted on standing up and doing happy feet during the show. Luke was able to make it until intermission - I had to go for a walk way before intermission. Oh well, that's just the way I roll.

Maybe if my parents got me popcorn like Luke's did, I would have sat in their laps. Then again, maybe not.
Welcome to Ga and Pawpaw's house!
On Friday we celebrated mama finishing her arbitration with a family trip to the beach to check the progress on Ga and Pawpaw's house. It's coming along nicely, don't you think?
I could run to my heart's content in there. By the way, it was also my 19 month birthday. At 18 months, my stats were 22 lbs (almost), 32.75 inches tall and I'm in the 25% percentile for head size. Chase anyone?
Ga and I checked out the 'hood to see if any neighbors were home.
Y'all come back now, 'ya hear?
I love family day!
Superbowl weekend
Staci and Chris came out from Beaumont over Superbowl weekend. Dada and Chris went fishing Friday and Saturday. Staci and I got to play all day Saturday because mama was busy at work preparing for arbitration. Staci will chase me as long and I want to be chased. She is one of my very best friends. I like to say "Staci's", as in Staci's drink, Staci's book, Staci's anything. Frankly, I just like saying Staci.

We even played a little Wii. Uncle Chris and I chilled out on Sunday night and watched the game, with snacks. See you guys again soon!

Anyone else getting excited for St. Patty's Day?
Oooohhh, I'm a sucker for books. I even love the ones mama finds at Walgreens.
Kinky for President...
Papa came out this weekend to help campaign for Kinky. First things first, Kinky, you have to win Governor, and he says he is going to try again to beat that weasel Perry. Kinky held a rally at the local cigar shop. He has a new line of cigars - the Governor, the Willi, the Kinkycristo and the Texas Jewboy (which mama feels a little funny typing out). Papa got a signed poster of Kinky presenting the Willi to Willi. Papa did not smoke one of the Willis, obviously. Papa loves a good fire, so we made one on Thursday and Friday nights. It was awesome, and I was very good on Friday about not going past the tile line so that my little fingers didn't get burned! I was not so good on Thursday, so mama and I had to go upstairs to watch from far away.

Papa and I wore our Irish caps and did a little jig. I sure love my papa!

Graduation from bug to beast in Little Gym.
Today was my last day as a bug at Little Gym. When I return next week, I will be a beast. For graduation, my teacher set up a "stage" that we walked across at the end of class. I was so intrigued by the stage, though, that I wouldn't get down, and just watched group time from it.
Miss Angela used me as her demonstrator for the obstacle course.
I wasn't too keen on rolling backwards, but I'll do anything for Miss Angela.
I love ball time. I'm still stealing other kids balls, which mama says we're going to work on. Maybe the beasts will be able to fend for themselves?
Mine.
And bubbles too! What beats the Little Gym?
Here I am going up the steps to graduate!Hooray, my first graduation. Mama's way more excited than me. She's so proud!
The ribbon says "I'm a star at the Little Gym." How perfect is that, for those of you who know mama's favorite saying. We'll keep you posted on how beasts go...
Thank you for my finger puppets, great grandma Hochmuth!
Mama and I love to read Babybug. I recommend it to all my buddies - ask your mamas for a subscription.
Wii played together...Last weekend, Janet, William and Logan came over to our house. It wasn't long before the adults got the idea to play the Wii.
Dada and William got a mean game of boxing going. Who knew a video game could make you sweat!?
Meanwhile, I was teaching Liam how to jump out of my playhouse. Luckily, he was more interested in the doorbell.
Liam already knew how to climb into the chair, but unlike me, he didn't try to launch himself off of it.
Sweet Liam.

I wasn't all naughty. I am getting to be a good little stacker. These moments of goodness give mama hope.
