Grandpa sent Keegan "Grandpa's Briefcase", which you can see in the background. It is literally a briefcase filled with "play grandpa stuff", like glasses, candy, and, of all things, a whoopee cushion. Angus had fun playing with the whoopee cushion with Keegan.
